On Tuesday night the team were the guests of Hereford City and came away with a comfortable win of 255 shots to 237. There were good solid performances from Alan Bridge,Roger Hunt and Terry Goode. Whilst Bob Morrison brought back fond memories of Barnes Wallace war time exploits. Farmer Mike altered the score board and sections of the rear wall and terrified the "stickers up".
The third round with the home side winning made for a good finish. In fact it could not have been more exciting if Elvis had walked in and asked for a bag of chips!
The competition will start again in the New Year with us having two home games. Can I ask for ideas of were we should play our fixtures?
