After a long period starting in the Covid years, Chris Mill has passed on the Presidential role to Bill Lockton.

Bill, who hails from London, retired to Upper Colwall with his wife Lesley where they have finished rebuilding their house over the last 2 years. This is his first role in Rotary and sees it as a great way to learn about the organisation.
