There was a full house of nearly 110 people at the special charity performance of the Colwall Players production of Alan Ayckbourn’s “Improbable Fiction” which Colwall Rotarians hosted at the Colwall Village Hall on Wednesday 25th October.
Rotary Club members, guests and visitors enjoyed the play with a two course dinner. It was an enjoyable evening - good food combined with an entertaining play put on professionally by the Players and performed to much mirth from the audience.
In total the evening raised around £1,500 which will be divided between a charity nominated by the Colwall Players and Rotary Charities.
Thanks must go to TV Express, the Malvern Hills Hotel and Upton Wines who provided prizes for the raffle which boosted the takings on the night.
Thanks also to the Colwall Players and Rotarian Tony Brook, the mastermind behind the evening.
